My approach to therapy is rooted in real transformation: a collaborative process that asks you to be willing, engaged, and accountable. We’ll make both small and large adjustments in your responses to create new pathways for sustainable change.
In our work together, I'll draw on insight-oriented therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, and mindfulness practices, while making space for your own insight and lived experiences. These therapy modalities support my passion for true metamorphosis, rather than sitting in stagnation.
Outside of sessions, I’m an active mental health advocate, serving on the boards of two nonprofits and leading community workshops. Otherwise, you can find me with my husband, our two kids and their significant others, and our two dogs, finding ways to bring creativity into everyday moments.

Rates vary depending on your needs and the type of support you’re looking for. We can talk through your specific situation during your consultation and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
I do not accept insurance, but if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide the documentation you need to receive reimbursement.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, though I understand that life is not always neat or predictable.
My practice is primarily virtual, taking clients from New York, Connecticut, and Illinois. Sessions take place through a HIPAA/HITECH-compliant platform designed to keep your information secure. I do offer some in-person sessions, so please let me know on our consultation how you would prefer to meet.
